BEYONCE HATES ATTENDING PARTIES

BEYONCE HATES ATTENDING PARTIES
Beyonce Knowles hates going to parties.

The 27-year-old singer - who is married to Jay-Z - admits she dislikes attending social gatherings because she always feels like the other guests are spying on her.

She said: "I don't really go out much. If I wasn't a celebrity then I don't know how I would feel, but it's not that much fun for me - it feels like I'm in a cage and everyone is watching."

However, Beyonce does still attend some special events and has particularly fond memories of one New York party.

She added: "Whitney Houston had a birthday party years ago. She sent the girls in Destiny's Child personal invitations. We didn't even know she knew us, so we were ecstatic."

"We put our money together and flew to New York, dressed up and went to the party and we met her. She was such a beautiful person, it was an unforgettable moment."

PETER ANDRE'S NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION

PETER ANDRE'S NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION
Peter Andre's New Year's resolution is to make his new album successful.

The 35-year-old star - who raises three children with wife Katie Price - admits he is desperate for the record, which he is planning to release in May, to be a smash hit.

He said: "Last year I wanted to get fit, and I've done that."

"I wanted the kids to be healthy and happy, and touch wood they have been."

"Perhaps this year I want everything with the family to stay good, then to have a successful album. I can't wait!"

Peter also revealed he and Katie are still unsure how to ring in 2009.

He added: "We've still not decided. We tried to have a party one year, but then Harvey had his accident in 2006 so that blew that idea out and now we're too petrified to do that again."

"I want to go to Australia, but I don't think we'll be able to as we're going to America in January, so I think it'll all be too tight."

BRITNEY SPEARS' JUNK HABIT

The "Womaniser" singer is said to be refusing to stick to the 1,200 calories-a-day diet devised for her by her managers and has regularly been binging on fast food.

A source close to the singer told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Britney's been eating burgers and chips for lunch in complete defiance of the strict eating plan worked out for her."

"It's as if she's trying to defy her father and bosses, and break out of the controlled environment by turning away from the healthy lifestyle they've put in place."

"Every decision in her life is made for her and she's kept under the strictest watch to make sure her comeback is a success."

"Eating her favorite foods is one of the few ways she can control things."

Britney, 27, has shed 28lbs since July after being put on a strict exercise regime and diet as part of her continuing recovery from a breakdown earlier this year.

However, she recently claimed the strict conditions of her new lifestyle make her feel trapped.

She said: "When I tell people the way I feel, they hear me, but they aren't really listening. I'm sad."

"Even when you go to jail, there is always the time you know you are going to get out, you know? But in this situation, it's never ending. "

Britney is currently in India, where she has reportedly embarked on a romance with Bollywood dance instructor Sandip Soparrkar.

Sandip is working with Britney on routines for her upcoming world tour.

CAREY WANTS LEWIS TO PLAY HER

CAREY WANTS LEWIS TO PLAY HER
Mariah Carey wants Leona Lewis to play her in a musical of her life.

The "Touch My Body" singer has reportedly agreed to see her story immortalized in a stage show in New York's famous Broadway district and is said to be particularly keen to have the British star take on the lead role.

A source said: "Mariah's not sure if she'll star in it herself. If she doesn't, names being tossed around include 'High School Musical' star Vanessa Hudgens and 'Desperate Housewives' actress Eva Longoria."

"But Mariah secretly likes the idea of Leona Lewis playing her. Not only is she exotic, she's the only one who they reckon would be able to tackle Mariah's eight-octave vocal range."

The 38-year-old star has been in negotiations about the musical project for several months but has only just agreed for it to go ahead, and theater bosses are hoping to have the production ready later this year.

A spokesperson confirmed to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Mariah is in talks for a Broadway musical to be made about her life in 2009."

Mariah shot to fame aged 20 in 1990 and became the first artist to have her first five singles top the US Billboard 100 chart.

She married record company executive Tommy Mottola - who is 20 years her senior in 1993 - but they split in 1997.

The "Fantasy" star suffered a rumored breakdown in 2001, when she was admitted to hospital with emotional and physical exhaustion.

Earlier this year, the singer shocked friends and family when she married rapper Nick Cannon following a whirlwind romance.

VICTORIA BECKHAM WANTS LAWYER SON

Victoria Beckham wants one of her children to become a lawyer.

The former Spice Girl - who has three sons, Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, six, and three-year-old Cruz, with soccer star husband David - is keen for one of the boys to enter into the legal profession in order to save her money.

She said: "I'd quite like one of them to become a lawyer. Although I don't care what any of them does as long as they are happy."

"But it would definitely be useful to have a lawyer in the family - me and David would save a fortune!"

However, it seems unlikely any of the boys will follow in their mother's footsteps and become a pop star.

Victoria, 34, recently revealed none of her sons will listen to the Spice Girls' albums.

She said: "Brooklyn just loves The Beatles. I can't get him to listen to any of my records, though!"

JOLIE WARNED NOT TO BE PREGNANT AGAIN

JOLIE WARNED NOT TO BE PREGNANT AGAIN
Angelina Jolie has reportedly been warned not to have another biological child.

The "Changeling" actress - who gave birth to twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline in July and also raises biological daughter Shiloh and three adopted children with partner Brad Pitt - has been told to seriously consider never getting pregnant again as it could damage her health.

A source told America's OK! magazine: "Her previous pregnancies ended with emergency cesarean sections."

"She's been told that, at the least, she should not get pregnant for a year after her last delivery, and it would be safer if she did not get pregnant again, ever."

Dr. Larrian Gillespie - who has not treated the 33-year-old actress - explains that as Angelina has a history of health complications when expecting a baby, there is a strong likelihood any future pregnancy would also be problematic.

He said: "Angelina is at risk of having a stroke or heart attack, and because she developed gestational diabetes, there is a high risk she'll have it again, with the child being at risk of also developing diabetes."

Although Angelina has not confirmed she is planning another biological child, she has previously admitted she enjoys being pregnant.

She said: "It makes me feel like a woman. Also, I happen to be with someone who finds pregnancy very sexy."
